The Leeds Student Health Survey is being undertaken to learn about students' perception, knowledge and understanding of drugs and alcohol and their impact on health. Once completed, your survey responses will be used to inform and formulate a brand new awareness campaign. This work is being led and developed by the Leeds Substance Misuse and Mental Health Working group, part of Leeds NHS. It is running across the University of Leeds, Leeds Metropolitan and Leeds Trinity and All Saints.

World Class Funding - Grab a Grand!
Today, the Student Executive Officers will be outside the Union building with a 'Grab a Grand' machine to promote the World Class Funding campaign. Come along and hear more about the campaign, how we can get £2.5 billion extra to spend on universities and maybe even have a go at grabbing a prize for yourself!

This week LUU is Body Beautiful!
The Body Beautiful campaign, lead by Suzy Tobias, LUU's Welfare Officer, aims to raise awareness of body-image issues amongst our students, making everyone feel more confident in their own skin. INTERNATIONAL CULTURAL FESTIVAL – STARTS TODAY!

This is an annual event celebrating the diverse range of countries and cultures represented at LUU. Throughout the week there will loads going on including: cultural performances, a photo exhibition, a food festival, music nights, quizzes, Give It A Go session, a film festival, and many more!

This is a great opportunity for you to come along and see the people standing to be the next Student Executive Officers – these are the people who represent you!
