BEWARE of your bus pass!
We have received information from First Buses that a number of fraudulent termly bus passes are in circulation. Please make sure if you purchase a bus pass that it is from an official sales point - if anyone approaches you and you're concerned it is not genuine, please report it to LUU's Community Officer, Rob Damiao, on r.damiao@luu.leeds.ac.uk.
First Buses are in the Union building this week, on the shops level next to Abbey, for you to chat to and pick up a 'real' bus pass!

BEWARE...Providence Properties has a new name!
The offices of Providence Properties appear to have a new name above the shop - 'Your Student Properties'. There are still a high number of complaints against Providence Properties for non-return of deposits. It is not yet clear if this is Providence re-branding or a new company opening up. If you are looking for a property to rent make sure you get the contract checked at the Student Advice Centre before signing up.
