Intro has arrived!

It's Monday morning in the Union building and all systems are go as the biggest, busiest few weeks of the year get underway!

Student activity groups have arrived armed with sweets, cakes, information, and goodness knows whatever else, and have set up their stalls in the Riley Smith Hall for the first day of the Intro Activities Fair. Today is General Interest day, so come along to see groups such as: Film, Bright Futures, Anime, Punk, Art Soc, Jazz and Blues, Rock, Stitch n' Bitch, and many more!

Also in the Riley Smith Hall, as well as outside in the Welcome Tent, check out all the advertisers including: Wilkinson's, Vue Cinema, Domino's Pizza, Union Books, STA Travel, Virgin Media, First Buses, The Light, among others. They also have a few goodies to give away too!

The fairs in the Welcome Tent and the Riley Smith Hall will be taking place all day so come and have a wander round at your leisure whilst checking out your Union building and everything it has to offer.

You will also be able to get your events tickets: pick them up if you have pre-booked them, or purchase if you have not already, from the Welcome Tent.

Today, and for the rest of the week, the Union bars are hosting: 'International Lager Festival' in the Terrace, and 'FestivALE' in the Old Bar, with a great range of lagers, ales, and ciders, so pop along with some pals to sample some of the goods*.
